DISTANCE-SELLING SERVICE

Request delivery to the address of your choice from any of our boutiques.
Discover the collection, personalize your purchases, and have them delivered directly to your home from one of our boutiques. You can also pick up your purchases directly in-store (complimentary service). Contact our sales associates by phone or via WhatsApp for a private virtual shopping session*. This service is available in the following boutiques:

*For shipments within mainland France, delivery fees of €9 via Chronopost are waived for orders over €120. For international shipments and deliveries to DOM-TOM, delivery fees via DHL vary depending on the destination and will be indicated during checkout (any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer). In-store pickup of your purchases is complimentary. Accepted payment methods are credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank transfer. If you wish to return an item, please contact the boutique, and they will provide you with a return form to include with your parcel. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (we recommend using tracked shipping) unless the return is due to an error on our part during delivery or receipt of a damaged product. Return requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp of the boutique. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item, and an exchange or refund will be offered (refund processing time of 14 days).
