Our team of artisans, master craftsmen of exceptional expertise, combines LANCEL's leatherworking know-how and craftsmanship to provide over a hundred services, including repairs, recoloring, and restoration.

All models are covered by a 2-year warranty. In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, repair costs are waived. If a technical repair is not feasible, your item will be exchanged for a new or equivalent-value product. For items showing wear and tear or older than two years, any repair will be offered based on our current pricing schedule, subject to technical feasibility.
